System Update: OECOSL Child Care Support Line
Beginning this week, the Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL) Child Care Support Line will take over provider assistance from the SPARK Help Desk.
You can reach this new support line using the same phone number you already know, 1-800-299-1627. When a provider calls, they will still reach someone ready to help without having to learn a new number or process.
The support line will handle the most common provider and family questions, such as where to find forms, how to navigate licensing information, and how to connect with training resources. If your question requires more detailed follow-up or specialized assistance, the Child Care Support Line will refer the case for next steps.
This update is part of a larger transition as contracts with SPARK Learning Lab and the Child Care Resource and Referral Network conclude on Sept. 30, streamlining our system and making it easier for you to get answers quickly.
