Ensure Your Program Information is Up to Date
A provider update is a crucial process in which you share updated information about your child care services with your local Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) agency. This ensures CCR&R specialists can provide families with accurate, tailored referrals, rather than just listing nearby programs.
Twice a year, you will receive a Child Care Program Update email from the Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL), asking you to update your information in the system. If you do not complete your program update using the provided link, your local CCR&R agency will contact you to gather the necessary information.
If you need to update your program address, email, or primary phone number, please contact your local licensing consultant. Find your local consultant by selecting your county in the link below. Take a moment to update any of those changes today.
