Activate Your Indiana Educator Job Board Account
Indiana's Educator Job Board now offers location-based search. You're more likely to receive applications from candidates in your area now that filtering is made easy. The board has been visited by thousands of applicants each month and over 100,000 in the past year.
The job board, a partnership of FSSA's Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL) and the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE), seeks to provide a strengthened educator pool for children from birth to grade 12.
With a job board account, you will have access to an applicant tracking system at no cost. This system automatically posts your open positions to Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other third-party job boards while keeping candidate information all in one place.
If you're not already posting your roles on the Indiana Educator Job Board, be sure to sign up for your free account through I-LEAD today.
