Apply for a Child Care Management System
The Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL) has opened the Child Care Management System (CCMS) application. Programs can receive up to two years of the service for free.
CCMS helps early child care and education programs automate business tasks so their focus can remain on kids. It simplifies enrollment, attendance tracking, billing, classroom management, staff records, and communication with families.
Start your CCMS application in six easy steps:
- Sign in to I-LEAD, click "Launch the Grant Portal" and select "CCMS Application"
- Verify site information and enter contact details for the site (contact your licensing consultant, if needed)
- Select your preferred CCMS vendor
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and submit
- Review and submit your application
- Receive a confirmation page and email from SPARK Learning Lab
Before you apply for your preferred system, you can research each CCMS vendor using assistance from SPARK Learning Lab, the official support team for CCMS. Contact their Help Desk at 1-800-299-1627, email BusinessSupport@indianaspark.com, or visit IndianaSpark.com.
Register for an upcoming introduction webinar to learn more about each CCMS vendor:
