Register for Upcoming OECOSL Town Halls
You are invited to join Indiana's Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL) for informational town halls April 23. Learn more about new initiatives to bolster the early child care and education system.
Topics will focus on changes coming from the 2024 Indiana legislative session:
- Expanding CCDF to employees of licensed or regulated child care programs

New minimum age requirements for individuals working in child care settings
- Updates have been made to allow 16 and 17-year-olds to be employees of a child care provider and 18-year-olds to be leads in an infant/toddler room

Get Help with Your CCMS Application
SPARK Learning Lab is the official support team for OECOSL's Child Care Management System (CCMS) program. The application for selecting your preferred system will open April 1 in I-LEAD. To prepare, SPARK can answer questions about CCMS and how to get started.

Register for SPARK Group Coaching
SPARK Group Coaching offers virtual sessions for program leaders to learn together with a coach and peers. Registration is now open for the April 2024 Group Coaching cohorts. These sessions cover topics like Infant Toddler, Paths to QUALITY™ Level Advancement and Maintenance, Active Supervision, and PEER Group Learning. Each session lasts for two to three months, offering you a great opportunity to learn and ask questions from a coach and a small group of colleagues.
