Enrollment Fees Reimbursements Coming
The Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL) has begun issuing payments for CCDF and On My Way Pre-K enrollment fees. Not all providers will receive payment at the same time. Some providers may have received their payment last week, while others will receive their payment in one of the next several payment cycles.
This year's payment will increase to $200 per enrollment for all children receiving CCDF and On My Way Pre-K vouchers between October 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023. This payment:
- Will be for both 2023 and 2024 enrollment fees ($400 total per child)
-
Will be listed on the provider's regular check under "Provider Adjustments" for CCDF
-
Will be a lump sum for all children receiving CCDF and On My Way Pre-K vouchers for both years
-
Providers will receive separate payments for On My Way Pre-K Limited Eligibility (if applicable), and these payments may come at different times
- Will be included in the provider's 1099 statement and taxable income
Active providers that had children receiving CCDF and On My Way Pre-K vouchers between October 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023 will receive this payment automatically. New providers that had vouchers that began after September 30, 2023 will receive their first payment in the spring of 2025.
Providers can apply these payments to any fees that are charged to families or other program costs.
For questions about enrollment fees, please contact oecoslproviderinquiry@fssa.in.gov.
