Build, Learn, Grow Summer Scholarship
The Indiana Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning — in partnership the Indiana Afterschool Network — is offering a new Build, Learn, Grow Summer Scholarship program.
Many students lost valuable instructional education time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to ensure that students are ready to learn during the 2022-2023 academic year, we have created a new Build, Learn, Grow Scholarship program for children of essential workers.
BLG Summer Scholarships will cover up to 80% of a school-age child’s summer program tuition. We encourage summer programs to utilize the Build, Learn, Grow Summer Scholarship program to increase recruitment and retention of students.

Support CCDF Families as They Resume Copays
With CCDF copays resuming next week, we urge all providers to use this toolkit to help families transition back to making payments. If your program charges overages, we encourage you to use your program’s Stabilization Grant dollars to help temporarily waive the overages.
You can find copay amounts for applicable CCDF families in the provider portal at www.hoosierchildcare.com. If families have experienced a change in their financial situation that would impact their copayment amounts, please encourage them to contact their CCDF eligibility specialist.
