Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance (IERA) Program Information

Dear Providers,

The Indiana Emergency Rental Assistance (IERA) program currently has available resources for renters and landlords.This program can provide up to 12 months in rental assistance to help cover past due and ongoing monthly rent and utility payments for qualifying Indiana renters. 

IERA is designed to decrease evictions, increase housing stability, prevent homelessness by helping renter households who have become affected monetarily due to the pandemic. COVID-19 has affected many as it relates to housing and financial security. By passing this message along you could greatly improve the livelihood of someone you know.
