Your participation requested: LSTA survey

lsta

The Indiana State Library (ISL) requests your assistance in completing a required evaluation of its Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) supported library initiatives during the past five years. The state library is working with QualityMetrics, a library consulting firm, on this effort. They have designed a survey to help us better understand how libraries and library patrons are making use of the LSTA-funded services and resources provided by the state library. This survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Responses to the survey will go directly to QualityMetrics and individual responses will not be associated with any particular library in the report that is generated.

Take the survey here.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey. Your responses are very important will help ISL assess the usage and benefit of LSTA-supported library services in Indiana during the past five years and will help us plan for the next five years.
