Public information meeting to be held for U.S. 52/231 Dynamic Wireless Power Transfer Project in West Lafayette

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - In partnership with Purdue University and ASPIRE Research Center, the Indiana Department of Transportation announces a public information meeting for the Dynamic Wireless Power Transfer test pilot project. The quarter-mile test bed is currently under construction on U.S. 52/231 between Lindberg Rd. and Cumberland Ave., near INDOT's West Lafayette Subdistrict office.

What: Public Information Meeting for U.S. 52/231 Dynamic Wireless Power Transfer Test Pilot Project

When: Wednesday, Sept. 4, presentation at 6 p.m. (doors open at 5:30 p.m.)

Where: INDOT Division of Research and Development, located at 1205 Montgomery St., West Lafayette, IN 47906

INDOT invites members of the public to this meeting to learn more about the project and interact with the project team. Project representatives from Purdue University, Cummins Inc., and INDOT will be available during an open house prior to and following the formal presentation to answer questions.
