U.S. 224 and C.R. 100 E to become all-way stop
WELLS COUNTY, Ind. – INDOT announces traffic pattern changes to the intersection of U.S. 224 and C.R. 100 E.
After a traffic engineering investigation, the decision was made to convert the intersection into an all-way stop-controlled intersection. The goals of the change include reducing the number of crashes and reducing the delay times on C.R. 100 E.
The intersection changes are scheduled to take place on or after July 24.
INDOT encourages drivers to use caution in the area while work is done to implement the changes. Drivers should also use caution after the changes are made as motorists work to adjust to the new traffic pattern.
