Lane closures to impact Cherry & Ohio Streets (U.S. 150) in Terre Haute

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - The Indiana Department of Transportation announces temporary lane closures on Cherry Street and Ohio Street (U.S. 150) in Terre Haute.

Beginning on or after Monday, July 1, crews will be closing the right lane on Cherry Street and having alternating closures on Ohio Street, between First Street and Third Street (U.S. 41). During the closures, work will be done to relocate utilities in order to prepare for a future resurfacing project.

Work in the area is expected to last through August but is weather permitting and subject to change.

INDOT encourages all drivers to buckle up, put their phones down, and exercise caution in all work zones in the interest of worker safety.
