Temporary ramp and lane closures scheduled along I-65 near Sellersburg

CLARK COUNTY, Ind. — Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews are scheduled to temporarily reduce southbound I-65 to one lane and close the I-65 southbound on-ramp this week for wedge repair work near Sellersburg.

On or after Thursday, November 30, crews will reduce southbound I-65 to one lane just south of C.R. 311 near Sellersburg and close the I-65 southbound on-ramp from C.R. 311 while work is in progress. Both the far right and middle lanes will initially be closed to traffic. Work will begin in the middle lane and will immediately reopen following it's completion, leaving just the right lane closed to traffic. The ramp will remain closed throughout the entirety of the project. The scheduled closures are expected to begin after 9:30 a.m. and last until approximately 5 p.m., weather permitting.

INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, avoid distractions, and consider worker safety when traveling in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
