I-69 NB ramp closure planned Thursday in Martinsville

MORGAN COUNTY, Ind.— The Indiana Department of Transportation announces the closure of the northbound I-69 ramp to S.R. 252/S.R. 44 (Exit 140) in Martinsville later this week.

A temporary ramp closure is planned between 7 a.m. and noon on Thursday, August 10, for riprap work. Message boards will be placed in the area to alert drivers of the closure. Drivers may exit at S.R. 39 or Ohio St. (Exit 137/138) as alternate routes during this time. Work may be postponed due to inclement weather.

INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, consider worker safety and drive distraction-free in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
