State Road 114 to have two closures west of U.S. 421

JASPER AND PULASKI COUNTIES, Ind. - Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Rieth Riley Construction will close State Road 114 for two projects between C.R. S 450 E and C.R. S 1600 W on or after Monday, June 26. 

The first closure on State Road 114 will be between C.R. S 450 E and C.R. 600 E/1700 W for a culvert pipe replacement. When the first project is complete, the closure on State Road 114 will move between C.R. 600 E/1700 W and C.R. S 1600 W for a box culvert replacement. 

Each project is expected to take approximately 30 days, with the closure moving from the first project to the second in late July. State Road 114 is expected to reopen in late August.

Motorists should seek an alternate route. The official detour will follow U.S. 231, State Road 16 and U.S. 421.
