Moving flagging operation starting on or after April 3 on State Road 252 for road resurfacing project
JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. - The Indiana Department of Transportation announces State Road 252 will be restricted by a flagging operation starting on or after Monday, April 3, between Amity and Trafalgar.
The restrictions will be in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily, from approximately 7.5 miles east of U.S. 31 to State Road 135. This will allow crews to safely perform a patching and resurface project. Restrictions are expected to last through the end of July, weather permitting.
This contract was awarded to Milestone LP. for $2.5 million. Restrictions will move as crews progress through the project site.
INDOT reminds motorists to slow down, use caution and consider worker safety when traveling through a work zone.
