Road closure planned for State Road 48

GREENE COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure for State Road 48 near Jasonville.

Beginning on or around Thursday March 9, crews will close State Road 48 near Jasonville for two small structure replacements. Both replacements will occur within two miles of State Road 59. Work is expected to last until June, depending on the weather.

The official detour during the closure is State Road 59 to State Road 54 to State Road 67 to State Road 157. Local traffic will have access to the point of closure.
