S.R. 124 to close for culvert replacements

MIAMI COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces the closure of State Road 124 for multiple culvert replacements between State Road 19 and 675 East.

Crews are scheduled to begin working on or after October 10 with work expected to wrap up by the end of the week. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.

During the closure, drivers are encouraged to use the posted detour of S.R. 19, U.S. 24, State Road 15 and State Road 13, or seek an alternate route.

INDOT encourages drivers to consider worker safety by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction free when travelling in and around all work zones.
