CPAFI Spring Scholarship Awarded to
Branchville Employee
Branchville, Ind. - Acting Warden Dan Mitchell presented a $2000 Correctional Professional Assistant Fund of Indiana (CPAFI) Spring Supplies Scholarship to Wexford Employee, Jean Miller on behalf of her son, Anthony Miller. Ms. Miller is a 30-year veteran of the Indiana Department of Correction and is employed by Wexford Medical as an Addiction Recovery Specialist with Branchville's Recovery While Incarcerated Program.
Anthony Miller was one of eight recipients of the $2000 Supplies Scholarship within the Indiana Department of Correction. Mr. Miller is currently a senior at Indiana University in Bloomington. He will complete his degree in Biochemistry in May 2021. Mr. Miller will continue his education in July, having been accepted to Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis.
CPAFI awards eight total Supplies Scholarships to Indiana employees or family members each year. This is the fourth CPAFI Scholarship Mr. Miller has been awarded to continue his education.
