Putnamville Correctional Facility
Announces Staff Promotions

Greencastle, Ind. - Putnamville Correctional Facility is pleased to announce the promotion of four new staff members to Caseworker.

The recently promoted staff members include Terri Russ, Kelly Combs, Katie Sapp, and new to the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC), Emily Price.

Deputy Warden Timmy Phegley stated, "This group of individuals all bring different experiences to the department, which makes each one strong in different aspects. We are excited to watch them grow in their new roles. Each of the new Caseworkers has shown an eagerness to learn, as well as dedication to the Indiana Department of Correction.”
