Edinburgh Correctional Celebrates Experienced and Emerging Leaders Program Graduate
Edinburgh, Ind. - Dwayne Bush, Correctional Sergeant at Edinburgh Correctional Facility, earned the honor of graduating the 2020 Commissioner's Experienced and Emerging Leaders Program (EEL).

Sgt. Bush joins a select group of state employees who participated in this yearlong commitment to improving their leadership skills and giving back to their agencies and facilities. During the program, Sgt. Bush participated in group assignments that identified cost savings for the agency and developed a recruitment & retention video that would help bring new employees to the Indiana Department Of Corrections.
Warden Bryan Dobbs stated, "We are proud of Sgt. Bush for successfully completing the EEL Program. We are excited for him to bring back all that he has learned and are looking forward to him applying the knowledge and skills he gained from the program.”
