Dennis Reagle Appointed Warden at Pendleton Correctional Facility
Pendleton, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) recently announced the appointment of Mr. Dennis Reagle as Warden at the Pendleton Correctional Facility (PCF).
As a veteran employee of with the Dept. of Correction, Mr. Reagle’s impressive employment history reflects extensive expertise in all aspects of correctional work including custody, training, re-entry, and emergency response operations. Mr. Reagle began his IDOC career at the Miami Correctional Facility as a correctional officer and worked his way up the ranks to the position of correctional captain. It was during this time Mr. Reagle earned his bachelor’s degree in general studies with an emphasis in behavioral and social science from Indiana University of Kokomo. In 2014 Mr. Reagle transferred to Emergency Response Operations, followed by promotions to the Correctional Training Institute and the Correctional Industrial Facility.
Having been promoted to Deputy Warden of Re-Entry in 2018 at the Pendleton Correctional Facility, Mr. Reagle reshaped offender programming by developing multiple courses and curriculums providing a wide array of options for offenders to strive towards positive self-development and improvement.
Throughout his life Mr. Reagle has served the public. Prior to his career in corrections, Mr. Reagle served eight years in the Army Reserves as a military police officer during which time he was deployed in support of American Operations in Alexandria, Egypt and with detainee operations in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
