Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility Announces Lieutenant Promotion
Pendleton, Ind. – Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility and Warden Mike Minthorn are pleased to announce the promotion of Cimyria Lucky to the rank of lieutenant.
Lieutenant Cimyria Lucky begin her career with Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility in May 2008 and resigned in 2013 to pursue other goals. After a leave of absence, Cimyria Lucky re-entered corrections at Pendleton Correctional Facility in 2014. She was trained as a count and control officer. She also worked in the Restrictive Housing Unit as well as other cell houses, and supervised the Recovery While Incarcerated (RWI) Drug Addiction program for two years. She then promoted to the rank of sergeant at Pendleton Correctional Facility in 2018. Lieutenant Lucky states, “I am excited to be returning to Pendleton Juvenile and working with today’s youth.”
Captain Runyon states, “It’s good to have Lieutenant Lucky with the Division of Youth Services and I look forward to working with her.”
