Indiana Dept. of Correction's Staff Development and Training Appreciates Staff at Plainfield Correctional Complex
New Castle, Ind. - In support of correctional employees near the Indianapolis area, Biggby Coffee of Plainfield donated coffee to the custody shifts at three different facilities: Plainfield Correctional Facility, the Reception Diagnostics Center and Indiana Women's Prison.
The coffee was delivered in thermal containers for each of the custody shifts by the Staff Development & Training employees. Employees appreciated the free cup of joe and condiments supplied by the local brewer. The collaboration came about because the assistance of the Indiana Department of Correction's (IDOC) Recruitment and Retention Team. Members of the team have continued their efforts to recruit new staff and to assist in making life a bit easier for those already employed with the IDOC, especially during this unusual time.
