Indiana Women’s Prison Promotes Stephanie Graves-Williams to Administrative Assistant
Indianapolis, Ind.- Indiana Women’s Prison (IWP) Warden Laurie Johnson are pleased to announce the promotion of Stephanie Graves-Williams to Administrative Assistant.
Stephanie Graves-Williams began her career in the Indiana Department of Correction at Indianapolis Juvenile Correctional Facility and transferred to IWP November of 2009. She has earned an Associate’s Degree in early childhood education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Ms. Graves-Williams is a 2017 Leadership Academy Graduate, Offender Workforce Development Specialist, and a member of Emergency Response Operations-Critical Incident Stress Management Team.
Stephanie Graves-Williams has served the Department of Correction for 15 years working as a Correctional Officer, Correctional Caseworker, Correctional Casework Manager, Re-entry Coordinator, Classification Supervisor, and continues to serve as a newly promoted Administrative Assistant. Ms. Graves-Williams commented on her daily motivation, “To make the next day better than the day before.”
