First, on behalf of all of us in the Division of Entomology & Plant Pathology, we wish each of you the best in this holiday season.

Second, as the spotted lanternfly situation develops, various states are taking regulatory action to prevent the spread of this insect. We have received some indications that certain shipments originating from SLF states destined to California have been held or ordered for destruction. If you encounter or anticipate encountering difficulties shipping to other states, please let us know.
