Deadline for City of Carmel Rental Registration is Saturday, Jan. 31
CARMEL, Ind., Jan. 27, 2026 - The City of Carmel is issuing a final reminder to all single-family residential rental property owners that in order to legally operate as a rental property, you will need to complete the full registration by Saturday, Jan. 31 which includes providing HOA documentation when applicable, and paying the annual $5 permit fee per property, to ensure your rental is in compliance.
