Traffic Alert: 116th Street closure on Nov. 4
CARMEL, Ind., Nov. 3, 2025 - Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 7 a.m., 116th Street between Shelborne Road and Towne Road will be fully closed for an emergency repair. Access to University High School remains open from via Shelborne Road on the west side and Towne Road on the east side. This closure is expected to remain in place until approximately 6 p.m.
