On Friday, Oct. 24, City team members and guests who drive to City Hall are asked to use the Civic Square Parking Garage (shown in green shaded area) at 50 Red Truck Road. Public safety officials, including the Carmel Police Department, have been notified and coordination is underway with Carmel Fire to ensure emergency access is maintained throughout the project.
These improvements are a continuation of our commitment to maintaining a vibrant, accessible and well-kept Civic Square. Looking ahead, the City is also excited to announce plans for a public art asphalt project in 2026 as part of the America 250 celebration. This project will add a colorful and commemorative touch to this central community space in honor of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
We appreciate your patience and support as we make these enhancements for a better Carmel.
