Session tickets now available for World Aquatics Swimming World Cup
CARMEL, Ind., Aug. 22, 2025 - Session tickets are now on sale for the first leg of the 2025 World Aquatics Swimming World Cup at the Carmel High School Natatorium Complex.
Carmel Clay Schools, Carmel Swim Club and Hamilton County Sports Authority collaborated to bring this prestigious international event, scheduled for Oct. 10-12, to the state-of-the-art facility, showcasing Carmel's commitment to aquatic excellence and bolstering the city's economic vitality.
The World Aquatics Swimming World Cup is a key fixture on the global swimming calendar, and the City of Carmel is honored to welcome athletes from more than 50 nations. A major economic driver for the City of Carmel, the influx of hundreds of athletes, coaches, support staff and spectators from around the globe is projected to significantly boost local tourism, benefiting hotels, restaurants and local businesses.
Headlining this event are the “Notable Nine” world-class swimmers:
Thomas Ceccon, Italy Kate Douglass, United States Hubert Kos, Hungary Josh Liendo, Canada Summer McIntosh, Canada Kaylee McKeown, Australia Mollie O’Callaghan, Australia Noe Ponti, Switzerland Regan Smith, United States
Carmel's deep-rooted legacy in swimming will be on full display. The City's aquatic prowess is epitomized by the Carmel High School girls' swim team, which holds a national record of 39 consecutive Indiana state championships. This is a testament to the dedication and talent fostered within the community. In addition, the City proudly celebrates its recent success on the world stage, with Carmel-affiliated swimmers Aaron Shackell, Alex Shackell and Drew Kibler representing Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

“SwimCity" will be activated throughout the competition, with local businesses participating in events and activities to welcome attendees and visitors. The City's Arts in Autumn event on Oct. 11, and the final Late Night on Main that evening will provide additional entertainment during off-hours.
