CARMEL, Ind., Nov. 29, 2024 - Beginning on or after Monday, Dec. 2, there will be a full closure of the intersection of 96th Street and College Avenue for the month of December for utility work in preparation for the construction of the roundabout at that intersection.
Signage indicating detour routes will be posted.
