DETOUR ROUTE
MAIN ST BETWEEN OLD MERIDIAN AND GUILFORD RD - Beginning on, or after, Monday, August 26, Main Street between Old Meridian and Guilford Road will be closed to through traffic to allow for the repair of a water main leak. Old Meridian and Guilford Road will be used as the detour route with local access to adjacent properties provided from Guilford Road. The work is anticipated to be complete before Friday and Labor Day weekend.

On the Midtown Screen
Head to Midtown Plaza on Tuesdays and Thursdays for Movies at Midtown presented all summer long by Allied Solutions, on the big screen. Showings are at noon and 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and 6 p.m. on Thursdays. This link takes you to the 2024 movie schedule.

Roundabout Ride Saturday, Sept. 14
Bike Carmel will host the 4th Annual Roundabout Ride on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 7 a.m., sponsored by IU Health. This fun event will have two distance options, 25 miles and 50 miles; the costs will be $55 for the 25-mile option and $75 for the 50-mile option.

Carmel Green Initiative
The Carmel Green Initiative invites the public to a seminar on Thursday, Sept. 19 at the Carmel Clay Public Library to learn simple ways to reduce your food waste. This event is free but registration is required.
