Carmel takes action against illegal
rental property
CARMEL, IN - Today, the City of Carmel will file a Verified Complaint for Civil Penalty and Injunctive Relief for Ordinance Violations as well as a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order on the owner of the illegal rental property at 13621 Singletree Court in Carmel. The continuous disregard for residents’ concerns and the disturbances caused by this illegal rental must be stopped. Numerous attempts have been made to contact this owner via multiple modes of communication requesting compliance with city ordinances. All these attempts have been rebuffed leaving the city with no choice but to take strong action through the court system.
