DETAILS: Join us as we dedicate the courtyard at Mélange to former City of Carmel Mayor, Jane Reiman. Jane Applegath Reiman served as Carmel's mayor for two four-year terms beginning in 1980. Among her many accomplishments was converting U.S. 31 into a "corporate corridor" designed to attract major employers.
