DETAILS: Mayor Sue Finkam invites the community to participate in Move with the Mayor® Spring Mental Health and Physical Activity Challenge. The challenge, organized by the National Forum for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention, is part of a national initiative promoting physical activity while fostering social connection in our community. Physical well-being is often associated with exercise and nutrition, but it's important to recognize social connection's role in our overall health.
