Thank you, Carmel Street Department!
Is there anything our Street Department can't do? While working near the intersection of Executive Drive and Veterans Way this week, Carmel Street Department employees Jordan Kyriakopoulos and Zach White noticed a mother duck sitting next to a drain. Realizing it wasn’t a normal place for a duck to rest, they looked inside the drain and saw several babies which they then proceded to rescue and reunite with their mother.
