News from the City of Carmel - July 9, 2021 |
|
CarmelFest 2021 was back this year and bigger and better than ever. The event footprint included its traditional location by City Hall but this year included a new area at Carter Green and the Palladium. The parade was on Monday this year with a grand marshal unit featuring local healthcare heroes and even a surprise engagement proposal by a Carmel firefighter.
