City of St. Charles Looking to Fill Several Commission Seats
ST. CHARLES, Ill. (Oct. 2, 2025) – he City of St. Charles is currently accepting applications to fill eight open seats on six commissions and one board. Commissions research and make recommendations on key issues; boards manage specific services.
These positions are appointed by the Mayor and approved by City Council. Members are residents who volunteer their time to review issues at the request of the City Council or of interest to the public, and must attend meetings.
“Serving on a commission or board is a great way to get more involved in your community,” said Mayor Clint Hull. “These groups help shape local decisions, support City Council, and share information with the community.”
