Village of Plainfield E-News Updates - 1/14/22

We're updating our HOA contact list...
If you are new to your subdivision's HOA Board, please e-mail the Village your contact information (name, phone, e-mail address, subdivision, and Board position). That way, we can provide information regarding work that is scheduled to occur in your subdivision.

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is designed to assist eligible households pay for winter energy services, including gas, electric, and furnace repair. Visit the Will County Center for Community Concerns website for additional information.

• Drop off holiday lights that have lost their twinkle in the recycling bins located in the Plainfield Library's parking lot, 15025 S. Illinois Street.
• You can conveniently recycle household batteries at the Village Hall.  Please note: batteries must be taped on both ends. More information.
• To dispose of electronics and household hazardous waste, contact Waste Management's At Your Door service to schedule a pickup.

• For updates on plowing during a snow event, follow the Public Works Department on Facebook (Plainfield, IL Public Works) and/or Twitter (@PlainfieldILPW).
• To assist with the snow removal process, please do not shovel or blow snow into the street.
