Lockport Street Closure
The contractor will resume working on the installation of the sanitary sewer service liners on Lockport Street next week. While the contractor is working, daytime road closures with a posted detour route will be utilized.

Mobile Food Pantry
The Northern Illinois Food Bank will be holding a Mobile Food Pantry at St. Mary Immaculate Parish, 15629 Route 59, on January 11 from 4:30-6 p.m. (Please note new time.) The Mobile Food Pantry provides healthy food to those in need.
Warming Shelter
The Police Department, 14300 Coil Plus Drive, is available for those in need of a warming shelter. Anyone in need of assistance should call the non-emergency number at 815-436-2341, unless the situation dictates calling 9-1-1.
Christmas Tree Disposal
Waste Management will pick up live Christmas Trees and decorative greenery on your regular refuse collection day. Please make sure that all ornaments, lights, and tinsel are removed. Larger trees must be cut so that each piece weighs 50 pounds or less and is four feet or shorter in length and width and tied with string.
