Winter Weather Information -For updates on plowing during a snow event, follow the Public Works Department on Facebook (Plainfield, IL Public Works) or Twitter (@PlainfieldILPW). -If you have any questions regarding snow removal, please contact the Public Works Department at 815-436-3577. Thank you for your patience during the winter season.

Calling All Homeowners Associations If you are a newly elected member of an HOA Board, please e-mail the Village your contact information (name, address, phone, e-mail address, subdivision, and Board position). That way, we can provide information regarding work that is scheduled to occur in your subdivision.

Holiday Reminders 
-The Village Offices will be closed January 18 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
-The holiday will not change refuse collection; garbage and recycling will be picked up on your regular collection day next week.

COVID-19 Information
-The Will County Health Department is asking residents that are interested in getting the COVID-19 vaccine to complete this survey as part of their distribution preparation. 
-COVID-19 testing is available through January 17, from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., in the parking lot of the Prairie Activity and Recreation Center, 24550 W. Renwick Road. For more information, click here.
-The Illinois Department of Public Health will conduct FREE mobile testing for COVID-19 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, January 16 at Plainfield South High School, and on Sunday, January 17 at Plainfield East High School.
-Will County remains under Tier 3 mitigation efforts. For more information on what this means, click here.
-When outside your home, please wear a mask and socially distance.

Meeting Information
The Village Board has a workshop on January 25.
