UPCS/Possession with Intent to Deliver

(PEORIA, IL) On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at approximately 12:21 p.m., Peoria Police Department officers executed a search warrant for 34-year-old William M. Morris and a residence in the 700 block of W. Pine Hill Lane as part of an ongoing investigation into the unlawful sale of controlled substances.
Prior to entering the residence, officers located Morris outside and detained him as officers conducted a search of the residence.
During the search, officers located illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and U.S. currency inside the residence. Illegal drugs were also located on Morris’ person.
Morris was transported to the Peoria Police Department and subsequently arrested for Unlawful Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was transported to the Peoria County Jail.
