Health Priority Ranking-Peoria City County Health Department
The Peoria City/County Health Department is seeking your feedback in prioritizing the community health needs of Peoria County.
The Partnership for a Healthy Community, the tri-county health improvement collaborative, has been conducting community health needs assessments for over a year – involving data from our partner agencies and community members.
Based on the data collected, we are requesting your expertise and specific knowledge of our County to help prioritize and rank the top health needs for the next three (3) years.
We will be hosting three opportunities for you to participate:
May 20th | 1:00 pm-2:30 pm
June 2nd | 8:30 am-10:00 am
June 5th | 2:30 pm-4:00 pm
All meetings will be hosted at the new Peoria County Health and Human Services facility.
