Cheers to our Clerks
There's no better clerk than Oswego Village Clerk Tina Touchette and Deputy Clerk Margie Villalobos. This dynamic duo is responsible for providing accurate public records, managing specialty licenses, preparing minutes for Village Board meetings, and ensuring our municipal code is updated. Cheers to our wonderful clerks for all they do to keep Oswego running smoothly!
If you miss the deadline, you can still participate by placing your own yard sale signs out. Your address will not be listed in the advertising materials.
No matter what time of the year you host a yard or garage sale, refer to the Village's guidelines:
A permit is not needed to host a sale.
Signs may not be posted on utility posts or street signs.
No more than TWO signs are allowed on your property.
Remove all signs at the close of the sale.

Zone B brush collection starts next week
Free brush collection in Zone B will begin on May 13.
Place all brush at the curb by 7 a.m. on Monday morning of the designated week for your zone. Pile brush neatly so that the ends of the branches are all facing the same direction. Do not put brush in a container or in the street. Brush collection does not include contractor waste or large stumps. Check the Brush Collection Zone Map to identify your zone and review additional brush collection information.
Hydrant work continues
Along with the hydrant flushing that Public Works crews are coordinating through May 31, Village contractor M.E. Simpson has begun hydrant valve assessment and exercising for the season. This allows us to ensure that the water main valves are in proper condition.
M.E. Simpson employees will be wearing company branded jackets and driving company vehicles.
