At the November 7 Village Board meeting, the Board will consider the Breybourne Cricket Stadium proposal. The Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) has recommended special use approval for the stadium, restaurant and hotel, as well as final approval of the project’s preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) with conditions.
Phase 1 of the project, the cricket field of play and drainage tiles, has been recommended by the PZC for final approval. In addition, the PZC has recommended preliminary approval of the remaining phases, but subject to several conditions including requiring each phase to return to the PZC for review and Village Board for approval.
Attend the meeting at Village Hall on November 7 at 7 p.m., watch the meeting live or access the video afterward. Learn more about the cricket stadium proposal.
