Cricket stadium update
At its September 7 meeting the Village’s Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) recommended approval of the Breybourne Cricket Stadium proposal, subject to several conditions. The recommended approval includes a Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) for Phase I for the cricket field and underground utilities, and a Preliminary PUD for the remaining phases. Prior to the approval of any future phases, additional traffic and parking studies and a sound analysis will be required. The PZC also recommended that the petitioner install a fence or sound wall along the west property line and consider relocating the stadium to the east or northeast on the site.
The cricket stadium is not on the September 19 Committee of the Whole or Village Board meeting agendas. *(Meeting date corrected.)
