The Planning and Zoning Commission (PZC) will meet at 7 p.m. tonight (September 7) at Village Hall. Please note the Sonoma Trails project has been moved to a special meeting on September 28.
The PZC will review the proposed cricket stadium project at this evening’s meeting. The PZC’s role is to review the project, request additional information or recommend certain conditions for the project, and make a recommendation to the Village Board. Additional information about the proposed stadium is available on tonight’s PZC’s agenda.

Wolfs Crossing update
Construction work continues on the Wolfs Crossing and Harvey improvements. Last week new water main was installed at the corner of Fifth Street and Wolfs Crossing to connect to the water main at Harvey. The new water main will help improve water pressure on the east side of the Village.
Final brush collection
As summer is winding down, the Village's Brush Collection Program will make its final brush collection of the year on the following dates: Zone A: October 2 Zone B: October 9
Calling all nature lovers, volunteer for the upcoming Fox River Clean-up on September 16. Volunteers have the opportunity to bring their canoes, kayaks to help clean up areas within the river. All other volunteers will be provided with everything they need. Learn more and sign up to volunteer.
6th annual car & truck show fundraiser
The Oswego Police Cadet Corps Car & Truck Show Fundraiser is taking place this Saturday, September 9 at Kendall Movie Theatre. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., come check out cool rides, food trucks and a variety of Public Safety vehicles.
Oswego's Christmas Walk returns to Main Street on December 1 with holiday decorations, family activities, choir and dance performances and a parade.
Businesses and non-profit organization can register to host a booth at this popular holiday event.
Brew at the Bridge returns
Oswego Brew at the Bridge will take place Saturday, September 16 at Hudson Crossing Park. The event is hosted by the Oswegoland Park District. Learn more and purchase tickets.
