New and just announced! Meet Archie at the 3rd Annual Ice & Lights Fest on Saturday, January 21, 2023 in downtown Lemont!

Celebrate the season at the Annual Ice & Lights Fest and enjoy LIVE ice carving, visits from Belle, Elsa & Olaf, face painting, music and dancing with light tubes and tambourines (while supplies last) and (weather-permitting) free hayrides. Plus, experience all the great shopping and dining the downtown has to offer.

Enjoy "Lighting Up Lemont" through January 31!

Our fabulous lighting displays in downtown Lemont will continue to warm you up inside during “Lighting Up Lemont” through January 31, 2023.

2023 LHG Test Kitchen Week Starts Today!
January 20–26, 2023

SAVE THE DATES! The 2nd Annual LHG Test Kitchen Week is January 20-26, 2023. The event is presented by the Heritage Corridor Business Alliance, the Chamber of Commerce representing Lemont and Homer Glen, IL.

Culinary staffs will be coming up with unique entrees, drinks, or desserts for you to try. After you dine, visit LHGTestKitchenWeek.com to rate your dish - which will be submitted to each restaurant. You could truly have an effect on a future menu favorite!

How Do I Dispose of My Holiday Items?

Christmas Trees:
If your tree is being picked up, please follow these guidelines:

Trees should not exceed maximum length allowed for pickup and may require cutting. As a reference, trees over 4 feet tall do NOT fit into WM trucks and should be cut in half.
Remove any tinsel, lights, or ornaments.
Leave your tree at the curb the night before your scheduled pickup day.
If applicable, please ensure that your tree is not buried in the snow or frozen to the ground.

Tree Lights:

Tree lights can be recycled through hardware stores like Home Depot or Lowes or websites like Earth 911, which can help you find local or mail-in recycling options.
Since tree lights may be made of materials like copper, glass and plastic they do NOT go in the trash bin.
