Buffalo Grove, IL: The Lake County Division of Transportation (LCDOT) will be performing concrete patching to smooth the pavement at the intersection of Deerfield Parkway and Weiland Road, requiring temporary restrictions to several turning movements and southbound through traffic, starting Monday, Aug. 10, at 6 a.m.
Most work is expected to be complete by Friday, Aug. 14, weather permitting. However, the northbound left turn from Weiland Road onto Deerfield Parkway will remain restricted through Monday, Aug. 17.
DETOUR ROUTES:
🟪 Weiland Road: Northbound Left Detour - *Scheduled to end Monday, Aug. 17*
- Route: Travel north on Weiland Road, turn left (west) onto Aptakisic Road, and then turn left (south) onto Buffalo Grove Road.
🟧 Deerfield Parkway: Eastbound Left Detour
- Route: Travel north on Buffalo Grove Road, turn right (east) onto Aptakisic Road.
🟩 Weiland Road: Southbound Left Detour
- Route: Travel south on Weiland Road, turn right (west) onto Deerfield Parkway, turn left (south) onto Buffalo Grove Road, turn left (east) onto Lake Cook Road, turn left (north) onto Weiland Road and finally turn right (east) onto Deerfield Parkway.
🟦 Deerfield Parkway: Westbound Left/Weiland Road: Southbound Through Detour
- Route: Travel west on Deerfield Parkway, turn left (south) onto Buffalo Grove Road, then turn left (east) onto Lake Cook Road.
