The first Voices of Resilience Support Group of the year is NEXT WEEK!
Voices of Resilience is a free monthly support group open for anyone who has been impacted by gun violence. Next Wednesday, the group will discuss children & loss. Please share with anyone who might benefit joining.
The group will meet on January 14th at the North Chicago Public Library at 6:00pm. See flyer below for details. If you have any questions, please contact Sandra Bankston (efpoconsulting@gmail.com).
Join us as we launch the Firearm Restraining Order (FRO) committee. This committee will focus on FRO outreach, education and coordination in the county.
The meeting will take place on Zoom, so it will be easy for you to join! The meeting will be on January 14th at 10:00 am. Please contact Samantha Salcedo (ssalcedo@lakecountyil.gov)
Employee Connections is Hosting its First Youth Firearm Prevention Program Informational Meeting at Zion-Benton Public Library on February 27 @6pm.
